Filtering & Segments

25 dimensions, multi-value filters, exclude conditions, and saved segments.

Ask one precise question across dimensions

Stack conditions from any of the 25 dimensions in a single view. Page is a blog post, source is Google or Bing, and the visitor is in Germany. Every condition narrows the same data, live.

No report builder, no setup. Just conditions.

  • Combine page, source, location, and more in one filter.
  • Each condition is an AND, narrowing as you add it.
  • The result updates the moment you apply.

The exact slice you wanted, in a few clicks.

Filter out what should not count

Flip any condition to "is not" and the noise is gone. Exclude your staging and admin pages, your own internal traffic, and a spammy referrer, so your numbers reflect real visitors, not you and your tools.

The red conditions remove, the rest keep.

  • Exclude pages, sources, referrers, channels, anything.
  • Mix include and exclude in the same filter.
  • Clean numbers without touching your tracking.

Stop counting traffic that was never your audience.

Several values in one condition

One condition can hold many values. Country is Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Device is mobile or tablet. No re-running the report for each, no stacking three near-identical filters.

OR within a condition, AND across them.

  • Pick as many values as you need per dimension.
  • Combine multi-value conditions across dimensions.
  • Add or drop a value without rebuilding the filter.

Your whole DACH-mobile segment in one line.

Save a question, reload it in a click

Built a filter you will want again? Save it as a named segment. "DACH mobile buyers", "Paid traffic, US", "Returning from email", each one reloads your exact view in a click, for you or anyone you share it with.

Build the slice once, never rebuild it.

  • Save any active filter as a named segment.
  • Reload a segment in one click, any time.
  • Your common views, always one click away.

The questions you ask every week, ready to go.

Click a row, every panel updates

Click "Google" in your Sources panel and the whole dashboard, KPIs, pages, countries, devices, sessions, and goals, snaps to Google traffic. Click a country next and you are looking at Google visitors there. No report builder, just click.

Every breakdown row is a filter you can click.

  • Click any row in any panel to filter the whole dashboard.
  • Stack clicks to drill deeper: source, then country, then page.
  • Filters live in the URL, so you can bookmark or share the exact view.

Explore by clicking, not by configuring.

Stack filters and watch it narrow

Country is US, device is mobile, channel is not Direct. Three conditions, one filtered breakdown, recalculated in real time. Every panel respects every active filter at once, and the bar shows exactly what you are looking at.

Include, exclude, and multi-value, all live together.

  • Every KPI, chart, and panel respects the active filters.
  • Add or drop a pill and the whole view recalculates.
  • The filter bar always shows the segment you are in.

The precise segment, visible everywhere at once.

Frequently asked questions

Having another question?

Reach out! We will be happy to help with any pre-sales questions.

How many things can I filter by?

25 dimensions across groups like URL, acquisition, location, and device, plus behavior: goals (did or did not complete) and signals like rage clicks, dead clicks, and copied text, not just where visitors came from.

Can I combine include and exclude in one view?

Yes. Stack conditions with AND across dimensions, hold several values within one condition, and flip any condition to "is not" to exclude pages, sources, or referrers, all in the same filter.

Does clicking a row really filter the whole dashboard?

Yes. Click any row in any panel and every KPI, chart, and panel recalculates to that segment. Filters live in the page URL, so you can bookmark a view or send the link and a teammate lands on exactly what you see.

Can I save a filter and reuse it?

Yes. Save any active filter as a named segment, then reload it in one click, for yourself or anyone you share the dashboard with. Your weekly questions stay one click away.

Can I export the filtered view?

Yes. Both the PDF and CSV exports respect the active filters, so you export exactly the segment on screen, not the whole site.
