The metrics that move your business

See who engages, what converts, and where your best visitors come from.

Know which traffic is worth it

Not all visits are equal. Every source, page, country, device, and campaign gets an engagement score, based on how far people scroll and how long they stay active. So instead of optimizing for traffic volume, you see which segments hold attention, and filter the whole dashboard with one click.

That score can change real decisions.

  • AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude may send you a low percentage of traffic, but the visitors are highly engaged.
  • LinkedIn traffic may stay longer than Google traffic.
  • Mobile visitors may bounce while desktop users read deeply.

Higher engagement usually means a higher conversion rate: the readers are the buyers. Clickport makes those differences visible, so you know what to improve, promote, rewrite, or stop wasting money on.

Follow every visit, start to finish

Totals tell you what happened. Sessions show you why. Each one is a single visit from start to finish: where the person came from, every page they opened, how long they stayed active, how far they scrolled, and the moment they converted, copied your text, or left. Filter to live visits, conversions, copies, or bounces in one click, with no cookies and no personal data.

One visit can explain a hundred charts.

  • A visit from ChatGPT might read your comparison post, then jump straight to pricing.
  • A ten-second exit and a three-minute read can hide behind the same bounce rate.
  • The page people open right before they convert shows you what to move up front.

Real journeys show what totals leave out. With the full path of every visit in front of you, you stop guessing why people leave or buy, and you know which pages to fix, cut, or move earlier.

See the path to conversion

Two ways to see how visitors reach a goal. Build a funnel from the steps that matter, pricing to signup to paid, and watch how many people fall away at each one. Or open Flows to see the routes visitors already take through your site, ranked by how often they happen. Spot a path worth tracking? Turn it into a funnel in one click.

Every big drop-off is a fixable leak.

  • If half your visitors leave between pricing and signup, the fix is the pricing page, not more ads.
  • A route you never designed might be the most common way people reach signup.
  • Compare a strict path against a relaxed one to learn whether the order matters.

Funnels test the path you care about. Flows reveal the ones you missed. Between them, you know which step to fix and which route to lean into.

Measure every conversion that matters

Define a goal for anything worth tracking: a page visit, a click, a form submit, or a custom event you send from your code. Set the conditions in the dashboard, no tag manager and no developer ticket. Every goal shows its visitors, completions, and conversion rate, and you choose whether it counts as a conversion or tracks as engagement only.

You decide what counts as a conversion.

  • A pricing-page visit and a finished signup are both worth tracking, but only one is a conversion.
  • See which source drives the most signups, not just the most clicks.
  • Attach revenue to custom events, so you know which goals pay for themselves.

Once you see which goals convert and where they come from, you stop guessing which pages and campaigns earn their keep.

Segment anything. Understand everything.

Your traffic is not one audience. It is dozens of small patterns hiding inside one average. Click any row in any panel to filter the whole dashboard, or build conditions by hand across 23 dimensions, from source and page to country, device, campaign, referrer, and outbound link, then save the combinations you care about.

Because the answer is usually in the segment.

  • Are UK visitors more engaged than US visitors?
  • Do mobile readers drop off faster than desktop readers?
  • Are AI referrals small in volume but high in attention?
  • Does paid traffic behave differently once branded clicks are removed?

Build the segment once. Reload it anytime. Stop asking "how is the site doing?" Start asking "which traffic is worth it?"

Mark what you changed, see what it did

See any of the nine metrics, alone or combined, on the same chart and watch how they correlate. Drop an annotation on the day you shipped a change, launched a campaign, or ran a sale. The next time a line jumps, you know why.

A spike with no explanation is a mystery. A spike with a note is a lesson.

  • Redesigned a pricing page on the 6th? Mark it, and watch conversion rate climb from 4% to 9%.
  • Combine any metrics on the timeline and spot the trade-offs a single number hides, like traffic climbing while conversion rate slips.
  • Hover any day to see every metric you've added, plus how each compares to the periods before.

Annotations turn your chart into a record of what you tried and what worked, so the next decision is grounded in the last one.

Should you ditch Google Analytics?

Only if you value your data quality, time and your visitors' digital privacy.

Your numbers count people, not bots

Google Analytics counts bots, scrapers, and AI crawlers as visitors, so your traffic looks bigger and your conversion rate looks worse than it really is. With Clickport, datacenter IPs, known bot signatures, spam referrers, and AI crawlers are filtered before they ever reach your reports, on every site, automatically.

You can see exactly what got stopped. Every block is logged and grouped, so you can prove your traffic is real.

  • AI crawlers split by intent: live retrieval, indexing, and model training.
  • Datacenter and VPN ranges, refreshed continuously.
  • A zero-engagement score that surfaces traffic behaving like a bot.

Measure everyone, without a consent banner

Google Analytics drops cookies, so visitors in Europe meet a consent banner before they reach your content, and the ones who decline disappear from your reports. Clickport uses no cookies and no persistent identifiers, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to show.

Your visitors' data never leaves the EU. Everything is processed on servers in Germany and never shared with third parties, so every site stays GDPR-compliant out of the box.

That is what privacy-first analytics means: you measure every visitor, not just the ones who clicked accept. The full picture is in the guide.

Keep the speed your visitors came for

The Google Analytics tag loads around 45 KB of JavaScript and fires a chain of third-party requests that slow the pages people came to read. The Clickport tracker is a single 2 KB script with no third-party calls, so there is no Core Web Vitals hit and nothing to slow you down.

Lighter pages keep visitors and rankings. Every kilobyte you don't ship is a page that loads faster, and that matters most on phones and slow connections. Core Web Vitals feed your Google ranking, so a lighter tracker helps you rank, not just load.

  • One request to one server, with nothing fanning out to ad or data networks.
  • Loads after your content, so it never blocks the page from showing.
  • No extra cookies, no layout shift, no loading spinner.

One line, and you're done. Drop the snippet in your page head and it just works, on any site or CMS. See how it works.

Frequently asked questions

Having another question?

Reach out! We will be happy to help
with any pre-sales questions.

What counts as a pageview?

A pageview is counted each time someone loads a page on your site. Clicks, form submissions, copied text, and custom events are all tracked, but none of them count toward your pageview limit. Bot and crawler traffic is filtered out and never counts either.

What happens if I go over my plan's pageviews?

Nothing breaks. We don't stop tracking or drop your data when traffic spikes past your tier, so you never lose anything. You'll see your usage in the dashboard and can move up a tier whenever it makes sense.

Can I track all my sites on one plan?

Yes. One subscription covers all of your sites, with every feature on each one. Your pageview limit is the combined total across all your sites, not a separate cap per site.

Is there a free plan, and how does the trial work?

There's no free tier, but every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is required. You get every feature during the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.

Do I need a cookie consent banner?

No. Clickport uses no cookies and collects no personal data, so there's nothing for visitors to consent to. You can run it without a cookie banner.

Where is my data hosted, and who owns it?

Your analytics data is hosted on EU servers and it's yours entirely. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train anything, and you can export all of it whenever you want.

How is Clickport different from Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is built for advertisers: cookie-based, sampled, and buried under menus. Clickport is built for site owners: cookie-free, accurate, fast to read, and focused on who engages and what converts. No cookie banner, and your data is never sold.
