Sites overview
The Sites overview is your home in Clickport. After signing in you land here, with every site you track shown side by side. It answers one question fast: "what's happening across my sites right now?"
The All sites view
Once your account has two or more sites, a combined All sites card leads the grid, on a slightly darker background so it stands apart from your individual sites: one summed visitor count and one sparkline across everything you track. Click it to open a consolidated dashboard with one chart, one KPI row, and the full set of traffic panels (sources, locations, technology, pages, campaigns, realtime), all aggregated across your sites. The same view sits pinned to the top of the site switcher inside any dashboard.
Unique visitors in this view are deduplicated, not just added up: a person who visits two of your sites on the same day counts as one visitor. Cross-filtering works as usual, and dates follow the majority timezone across your sites.
The view is read-only aggregation. It appears and disappears automatically as sites are added or removed, and it counts toward nothing: no extra pageview usage, no site-limit slot. Sessions show up in one cross-site list with a badge naming each visit's site (flagging and deleting stay on the owning site), the Goals tab aggregates every member site's own goals with the same badges, and PDF and CSV exports work as usual. Only Journeys and site settings stay per-site: funnel and flow definitions belong to one site.
Prefer not to see it? Flip the All sites view toggle in the toolbar above the cards. Off removes the combined card, the switcher entry, and the aggregated dashboard for everyone on the account; on brings them back instantly.
What each card shows
- Favicon (or a coloured letter if no favicon is set yet) and the domain name.
- Visitor count as a big number, switchable between rolling 24h and today via the toggle above the cards. The label updates to match: "visitors / last 24h" or "visitors / today".
- Diff percentage as a small green or red number with an arrow, matching the dashboard's KPI for that same site digit-for-digit. In 24h mode it compares the rolling 24h to the prior 24h. In Today mode it compares today-so-far to the average of the last four same weekdays, each capped at the current hour of day, which smooths weekday seasonality. "new" appears when the comparison baseline is zero.
- Sparkline: one bar per hour of visitors, with the newest hour in full colour and hours without visitors as faint stubs. In Today mode the bars fill a fixed 24-slot day from midnight, so the day's rhythm builds up hour by hour.
- Live activity beacon (only when someone is on the site right now): a pulsing green dot with the number of active visitors, sitting in the same row as the domain. Cards with active visitors also get a subtle green outline so they stand out at a glance. See Realtime for how the live count works.
- Cog icon (top-right): jumps straight to that site's settings.
- Click anywhere else on the card to enter that site's dashboard. The 24h / Today toggle carries over: if you're in 24h mode on the overview, the dashboard opens in Last 24H; in Today mode it opens in Today.
View, search, and sort
The toolbar above the cards lets you switch the time window, filter, and sort.
- 24h / Today toggle: pick the time window every card uses for its big visitor number. 24h is a rolling window with a diff; Today is a calendar-day view that resets at midnight. See the note above for when to use each.
- Search: type to filter cards by domain (case-insensitive, substring match). Press
/from anywhere on the page to focus the search box. - Sort: pick from Most visitors (default), Fewest visitors, Most active now, Name A-Z, Name Z-A, or Custom. Most/Fewest visitors sorts by whichever view is active, so switching the toggle re-orders the cards. Your choice is remembered between visits.
Custom order (drag to reorder)
Pick Custom from the sort dropdown to enable drag-to-reorder. Grab any card and drop it where you want, and the order is saved locally and applies anywhere your sites are listed (the site switcher inside a dashboard uses the same order).
Search disables drag temporarily. Clear the search to drag again.
Per-site settings
The cog icon in the top-right of each card opens settings for that specific site. Each site's settings live at its own URL, so you can deep-link to /{your-domain}/settings/site to share or bookmark.
- Site & Tracking snippet: domain, timezone, tracking snippet, install verification.
- Share links: read-only public links to that site's dashboard.
- Danger zone: delete the site and all its data.
For the management actions themselves (adding a site, drag-to-reorder, deleting a site), see Site management. Account-level settings (profile, security, subscription, dashboard preferences) live elsewhere under /settings, with no per-site noise.
Account menu
Click your avatar in the top-right of the page to open the account menu: account settings, help center, contact support, feature requests, log out.
Adding a site
Use the Add website button in the page header, or empty the list to land on the onboarding flow. New sites appear on the overview as soon as they're created, no refresh required. Full walkthrough: Site management.
Returning to the overview
Click the Clickport logo in the top-left of any dashboard or settings page, or open /settings/sites directly. The legacy /sites URL still works and redirects here.
