Built for high-traffic sites

Standard plans run from 10k to 10 million pageviews a month; beyond that, volume is a conversation, not a wall. Install is one script tag of about 2 KB per site, no SDK and no tag manager, and there is no limit on the number of sites under one account.

Multiple properties roll up into an all-sites view: every brand, region, and subdomain as one live dashboard with visitors counted once across them. Current and historical uptime is public on the status page.

Compliance your legal team reviews once

Clickport collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and builds no user profiles, so there is nothing to consent to: no banner, no consent-mode gaps, and no per-market banner variants to maintain. It is GDPR compliant by design, and the review your privacy team does is short because the data simply is not there.

All data is processed and stored on EU infrastructure in Germany and never leaves the EU. A Data Processing Agreement is publicly available, the same terms for every subscriber. None of this page is legal advice; it is an architecture your lawyers can verify quickly.

Security

Accounts support two-factor authentication with recovery codes, active-session management with remote logout, and role-based access from admin down to read-only guests scoped to a single site. Every change in a team, from goals edited to members added, lands in an audit trail.

Connections are encrypted, production access is limited, and the infrastructure is backed up daily. The full picture, including how to report vulnerabilities, is on the security page.

Accurate by architecture

Numbers are never sampled, never modeled, and never estimated: what the dashboard shows is what was counted, at any traffic volume and any date range. Historical data is never rewritten.

Every hit is screened at ingestion through eleven bot-detection layers, datacenter IPs to headless browsers, and the Bot Center shows exactly what was blocked and why. When a report goes to the board, the numbers on it are real.

Every feature on every plan

There is no enterprise feature tier. Engagement scoring, funnels, sessions, AI-traffic analytics, bot management, share links, email reports, the API: all of it is on every plan, from the smallest site to the largest. Enterprise agreements add terms, not toggles.

That means your evaluation is the product itself, not a sales-gated demo of it. Start a trial and everything this site describes is on your screen the same day.

Teams without seat math

Add as many people as the work needs: admins, editors, read-only viewers, and guests scoped to one site. There is no per-seat pricing, so access decisions are about roles, not budget lines. Removing someone takes effect on their next click, and the audit trail records who changed what.

For stakeholders who should see numbers without an account, read-only share links and scheduled email reports carry the dashboard to them.

Your data stays yours

A full export delivers everything Clickport has collected for a site as clean CSVs, and per-site API keys give your own tools programmatic access to the stats. There is no lock-in by data hostage.

The business model is the guarantee: Clickport charges a subscription instead of monetizing data. You pay for analytics, you get analytics, and your visitors are not the product.

Enterprise agreements

Some needs belong in a contract rather than a checkout: SAML single sign-on, a service-level agreement, invoice billing, custom data-retention terms, and volumes beyond the standard plans. Those are arranged directly, sized to what your organization actually needs, with no long-term lock-in.

Procurement and legal reviews are welcome: the DPA, privacy policy, and terms are public, and questions get answers from the people who run the infrastructure, not a reseller.

And the same dashboard your smallest team uses is the one the whole group gets: see it pitched for agencies, SaaS, ecommerce, and publishers.

Talk to us

Contact us with your volume and requirements and you will hear back within one business day, from the founder, not a queue. If the trial is easier to start with, start it today; it runs on the same infrastructure and the same features this page describes, and procurement can catch up while your team already has numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sample data at high volumes?

No, never. Every query runs against complete data at any volume and any date range. Nothing is modeled, estimated, or backfilled, and historical numbers never change after the fact.

Where is our data stored?

On EU infrastructure in Germany, processed and stored there, with daily backups. Data never leaves the EU, and no US-transfer mechanism is needed for it. The DPA spells out the details.

Do you offer SSO and an SLA?

On enterprise agreements, yes: SAML single sign-on, a service-level agreement, invoice billing, and custom retention terms are arranged per contract. Talk to us about what your organization needs.

Can our legal team review something before we commit?

Yes, and without an NDA dance: the DPA, privacy policy, terms, and GDPR documentation are public. Because no personal data is collected, the review is usually short.

Can we trial it while procurement runs?

Yes. The 30-day trial needs no credit card and runs alongside your current analytics without touching it. Your team compares real numbers while the paperwork moves; nothing about the setup changes at signature.
