Agency analytics, done right

Manage every client from one dashboard, share read-only links, and prove your work.

Every client in one dashboard

See all your client sites side by side the moment you log in, each with its visitor count, its trend, and a live count of who is on it right now. On top sits the All sites view: your whole roster combined into one dashboard, with every panel from traffic sources to live sessions.

One login for your whole client roster.

  • Live visitor counts for every client, at a glance.
  • One combined view totals the roster, and visitors are counted once even when they cross client sites.
  • Click any client to open its full dashboard.

Run ten clients as easily as one.

Give clients their dashboard, with or without a login

Send a read-only link and your client sees their own live dashboard instantly. No account to create, no seat to pay for, no password to reset. You decide what they can see.

When a client wants a real login, add them as a guest: one email address, access to exactly their site, and optionally limited to a saved segment, so they only ever see their own campaign traffic. Your colleagues join with team roles across all client sites, and every change lands in an activity trail with a name on it.

  • A shareable, read-only link for each client site.
  • Guest logins scoped to one site, optionally one segment of it.
  • Team roles for your own people, no per-seat pricing.
  • Refresh or revoke links and access any time; removal works on the next click.

Look transparent without giving up the keys.

A client-ready report in one click

Export a clean PDF with the numbers that show your work: KPIs, traffic sources, and conversions, ready to send or drop into a deck. The monthly report that used to eat an afternoon now takes a click.

Proof of value, without the busywork.

  • A multi-page PDF with KPIs, sources, and goals.
  • No vendor logo on it: your client sees their site name, not ours.
  • Export a full CSV too, for your own deeper digging.
  • Weekly email digests cover the whole roster in one email, opening with a combined All sites summary.

Stop rebuilding the same report every month.

Show clients conversions, not just clicks

Set up a goal for each client: form submissions, quote requests, calls, signups, or sales, and see the conversion rate behind every traffic source. These are the numbers that justify the retainer.

Turn "traffic went up" into "leads came from here".

  • A goal for any action: a form, a click, a page, or a sale.
  • Conversion rate per source and per campaign.
  • No tag manager, set it up in the dashboard.

Report outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Numbers you can put in front of clients

Clickport screens every hit at ingestion. Datacenter and cloud IPs, headless and scripted browsers, and known bot and AI-crawler signatures are filtered before they reach a report. A built-in bot center shows exactly what was blocked and why.

An inflated traffic number in a client report is a credibility problem. Catch it before the client does.

  • Scrapers and monitoring bots kept out of every client dashboard.
  • AI crawlers surfaced separately per site, never inflating totals.
  • Runs by default on every client site. Nothing to configure.

Every report stands on clean data.

Pilot it on one client, then roll out

You do not have to move the whole roster: drop the snippet on a single client site, right next to whatever analytics it already runs. The two never interact. Thirty days later you have real numbers to judge, and a clean report to show the client while you are at it.

Agencies switch one client at a time.

  • Runs alongside the client's existing Google Analytics; nothing breaks.
  • 30-day trial, no credit card, one line of code per site.
  • When it earns the roster, each next client takes about a minute to add.

The pilot costs you one script tag.

Frequently asked questions

Having another question?

Reach out! We will be happy to help with any pre-sales questions.

Can I manage all my clients from one login?

Yes. Every client site shows side by side on one dashboard with its own live visitor count, and you click any of them to open the full dashboard. An All sites view combines the whole roster into one aggregated dashboard, with visitors counted once even when they cross client sites, and you can switch it off if you prefer the cards alone. No separate accounts, no switching.

How does pricing work across client sites?

One subscription covers your whole roster: plans are sized by total monthly pageviews across all your sites, not billed per site. Accounts include room for ten sites out of the box, and a larger roster is a quick support request away.

Can I run Clickport next to a client’s existing Google Analytics?

Yes, and that is the recommended pilot: the snippet coexists with any other analytics tag, the two never interact, and nothing about the client site changes. Compare them for a month, then decide. Removing either one is a one-line change.

Can clients see their own dashboard without an account?

Yes. Send a read-only share link and the client sees their live dashboard instantly. No login to create, no seat to pay for, and you control what is visible.

Will bots inflate the numbers I show clients?

No. Every hit is screened at ingestion through multiple bot-detection layers, and a bot center shows you exactly what was blocked, so the figures you report are real people.

Will Clickport slow your client sites down?

No. The tracker is a single deferred script of about 2 KB that loads after the page, off the critical path. It protects Core Web Vitals, and the search rankings you are being paid to improve.

Do my client sites need a cookie banner?

No. Clickport uses no cookies and stores no personal data, so none of your client sites need a consent banner for analytics. It is GDPR compliant by design, and every visitor is counted as one real visit.
