| 5M pageviews | €129/mo | €1,290/yr (€107.50/mo) |

Yearly billing saves you 2 months compared to paying monthly. All prices are in EUR, excluding tax. For sites with more than 10 million monthly pageviews, contact us for a custom plan.
Usage is based on pageviews only. Each time a visitor loads a page on your site, it counts as one pageview. If you have multiple sites on the same account, pageviews from all sites are combined toward your monthly limit.
Custom events do not count toward your pageview limit. This includes outbound link clicks, file downloads, form submissions, scroll tracking, 404 errors, and any events sent via clickport.track(). You can use as many custom events as you need without affecting your plan usage.
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required. During the trial you have access to all features with no limitations.
The billing section shows a "Free Trial" badge with the number of days remaining. Below it, you can pick a plan and subscribe at any time.
When the trial ends, your dashboard becomes read-only. Tracking continues in the background, so no data is lost. You can subscribe at any time to unlock your dashboard again.
Click Subscribe in the billing section to open the checkout overlay. Select a plan tier and choose monthly or yearly billing, then complete the payment.
Clickport accepts:
Available payment methods may vary by country. The checkout automatically shows the options relevant to your location.
All prices are listed in EUR. For customers outside the eurozone, the checkout automatically converts the price to your local currency. For example, US customers see the amount in USD, UK customers in GBP. The conversion uses the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Your subscription renews at the converted amount, which may vary slightly between billing cycles as exchange rates change.
Prices on the website and in the billing section are displayed excluding tax. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your country and postal code.
If you have a valid EU VAT number, you can enter it during checkout to remove VAT entirely through the reverse charge mechanism. This applies to all EU countries, including Germany. Your invoice will show VAT at 0% with a note that reverse charge applies.
Once subscribed, the billing section shows your plan name, billing period, next billing date, and a usage progress bar.
The progress bar changes color as you approach your limit:
If you exceed your monthly pageview limit, tracking continues. Your data is never lost. Clickport sends you an email notification when you reach 100% so you can decide whether to upgrade.
There is no hard cutoff. Your site keeps collecting data even if you go over the limit. If your traffic consistently exceeds your plan, consider upgrading to the next tier to keep things in order.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Account settings page. When you upgrade, the price difference is pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Click Cancel subscription in the billing section. A confirmation prompt appears explaining that your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After your billing period ends:
Data is retained for 6 months after your subscription ends. After that, it may be permanently deleted. Resubscribe before then to keep your full history.
Click Manage billing in the billing section to open your billing portal. From there you can:
You also receive an invoice by email after each payment.
