Date Ranges

The date picker in the top-right corner of the dashboard controls the time window for all data. Every KPI, chart, and panel updates when you change the range.

Presets

Clickport offers 8 preset ranges plus a custom picker.

• Realtime: a live 30-minute window that auto-refreshes every 30 seconds. Shows per-minute data and a live session stream. This is a special mode with its own UI.
• Last 24 Hours: rolling 24-hour window from right now. Hourly granularity on the chart.
• Today: current calendar day. Hourly granularity. Comparison: vs average of your last 4 same weekdays at the current hour.
• Yesterday: previous calendar day. Hourly granularity. Comparison: vs average of your last 4 same weekdays.
• Last 7 Days: daily granularity. Comparison: vs average of your last 4 seven-day periods.
• Last 14 Days: daily granularity. Comparison: vs average of your last 4 fourteen-day periods.
• Last 30 Days: the default range. Daily granularity. Comparison: vs previous 30-day period.
• All Time: everything since your first tracked event. Includes a granularity toggle (D/W/M) for daily, weekly, or monthly chart grouping. No comparison available (there is no "previous" for all time).
• Custom date: opens a calendar picker where you select a start and end date. Selecting a single day gives hourly granularity.

Chart granularity

The chart automatically picks the right time grouping for each range:

• Hourly: Today, Yesterday, Last 24 Hours, and single custom days
• Daily: 7 Days, 14 Days, 30 Days, and multi-day custom ranges
• Weekly or Monthly: All Time (use the D/W/M toggle to switch)

You can also click any data point on the chart to drill down into that specific day with hourly granularity.

Comparison mode

Toggle "Show comparison" in the date picker dropdown to overlay the comparison baseline as a dashed line on the chart and add a delta column to every panel row. The KPI percentage changes are always visible, but the chart line and panel deltas are optional.

The comparison logic is weekday-aware:

• Today: compared against the average of your last 4 same weekdays at the current hour. If it's Wednesday 2pm, you're compared against the last 4 Wednesdays at 2pm.
• Yesterday / single date: compared against the average of your last 4 same weekdays (full day).
• 7 or 14 days: compared against the average of your last 4 same-length periods.
• 30+ days and custom ranges: compared against the previous period of equal length.
• Realtime and All Time: no comparison available.

Timezone

All dates and times use your site's configured timezone (set in Settings). The chart, date labels, and comparison calculations all respect this timezone. You can change it anytime in Settings under your site configuration.

Smart labels

The date picker button shows a smart label that adapts to the selection:

• Preset ranges show their name ("Last 14 Days")
• Custom single days show the weekday and date ("Wed, 12 Feb")
• Custom ranges that span a full calendar month show the month name ("February 2026")
• Custom week-length ranges show the date span ("03.02 - 09.02")
• Other custom ranges show the day count ("45 Days")
