We want you to be happy with Clickport. If it is not the right fit, we offer fair refunds with no hassle.
All payments for Clickport Analytics are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and refunds on our behalf.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of your payment. Refund requests made within this window will be processed in full, no questions asked.
After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair resolution.
To request a refund, email us at support@clickport.io with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.
Alternatively, you can contact Paddle directly through the payment receipt email you received when you subscribed.
Clickport offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. If you decide not to subscribe after the trial, you will not be charged. There is nothing to refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
